Packaging Type now supported in the API

Executive Summary

This API change introduces a new package type to use for Unlimited Satchel when creating orders in Australia.

Changes

The Get Quote endpoint and Create Order endpoint now support a new field packaging_type when quoting and creating orders from Australia for Unlimited Satchel.

In order to book Unlimited Satchel, the API requires packaging_type = unlimited satchel and with dimensional parameters (length_value, width_value, height_value, dimension_units).
