Executive Summary

The Offline / Manual Billing CSV and Dashboard Billing CSV files have changed. Partners using either of these CSV files should make sure their systems correctly interpret the new types and the new column.

Changes

On the Offline / Manual Billing CSV file:

  • The Type field has a new valid value: Adjustment: Package Type. This is charged if carrier-branded packaging is used and that results in extra carrier charges. For more information see this help centre article.
  • The Type field has a new valid value: Adjustment Refund: Package Type.
  • The Fuel Surcharge column has been added.

Similar changes have also been made to the Dashboard Billing CSV file, with the addition that the Under-declared and Oversize charge/refund types have been merged.
