Changes

On the Create Order endpoint, the length, width, height, and units parameters in the dimensions object are currently optional. However, starting from 1st April 2025, these will become mandatory.

To continue creating orders from 1st April 2025 onward, senders must ensure that dimensions are provided in the request.

Requests that include only the volume but omit dimensions will fail as of this date. Providing accurate dimensions ensures correct pricing and minimizes the risk of adjustments due to under-declaring.

Although the Get Products endpoint will not require dimensions to fetch a quote, it is strongly recommended to include dimensions in all Get Products requests. This will help ensure that the quotes returned by Sendle are as accurate as possible.
