The 'first mile' describes how parcels and packages make it into the hands of our mail network, so they can start their delivery journey.
The standard ways this happens is that a driver can come and pickup the order, or the sender can drop off the order at one of our approved dropoff locations. Which first mile is used depends on the shipping product the order is booked with.
Australia
In Australia your parcel can be picked up from a home or business address, or dropped off at a supported Hubbed location.
Here are our suburb lists for: AU domestic pickup coverage and AU international pickup coverage. Currently our drop-off locations are only available from the Drop Off Locations map.
Canada
In Canada your parcel can be picked up from a home or business address.
Here are the lists of postal codes we can pickup from: CA Locations and coverage (en), CA Emplacements et couverture (fr).
United States
In the U.S. your parcel can be picked up from a home or business address. In the U.S. your parcel can be dropped off at any post office or blue collection box near you or left with your regular mail carrier.
