Basic API Test

Returns a simple response and a timestamp showing when it was generated on our system.

You can use this endpoint to test your API credentials, idempotency keys, and make sure you're ready to explore the rest of Sendle's API endpoints.

While testing idempotency keys, pressing 'Try It!' every time will show you a new response for each request. If the response doesn't change, that means you were sent the same response and your idempotency key is working.

Indicates that an unhandled error has occured with the Sendle API. We may have more information on the Sendle Status page. Contact [email protected] if the problem persists.

200Successful response

401Indicates that your Sendle ID or API key was incorrect or not provided. You should double-check your API credentials and confirm whether you're using sandbox or production details.

402Indicates that your Sendle account does not have a credit card on file or that there is another payment-related issue. The error description will have more details and tell you how to resolve this. Non-booking endpoints will continue to work and will not receive an error.

503Indicates that Sendle is temporarily offline for maintenance or upgrades. We may have more information on the Sendle Status page.
